Consolata: Walter, I'm not really blind. I can see just fine.

Walter jerks upright and looks at her and lo and behold she is looking right back at him, really looking. Terror and confusion run down his spine like lighting running to ground. He sputters,

Walter: How, why…

Consolata: As for how, I had lots of practice playing the lead in the play Wait Until Dark a few months ago. As for why, it seemed like the only way to really meet and get to know my new reclusive neighbor. Make no mistake Walter, I only planned to meet you in person and the only acting I was doing is acting like I couldn't see, everything else was, well, spontaneous!
